In 2018, Crossbridge discovered the need to expand on its marketing communications with the objective of having greater brand awareness in the market. As their business propositions seeks to target only niche accredited investors across the Asia Pacific region, we were tasked to handle their digital marketing efforts effective across various channels of search, display, video on Google Ads, Facebook advertising and LinkedIn advertising.

RIFF helped Crossbridge beyond just pushing out seasonal content and incentives such as the recent airport lounge access campaigns, but also assisted in the performance of campaigns. RIFF has been an important partner in continuously delivering strong advertising performance and will be providing more elevated solutions in programmatic in the next quarter of their marketing approach.

RESULTS

With a huge success in garnering strong awareness through a mix of manual optimisation and machine learning, Crossbridge achieved the ‘Most Innovative Emerging Digital Technologies Project’ in April 2018 by the Asset Asian Award.
