ABOUT RIFF’S APPROACH
It is our ambition to help our clients more efficiently communicate with their users while offering a smooth customer experience. The spearhead of our approach is to strengthen the personal contact between the company and its customers. At the same time, we see the increased needs for digitisation. In addition to the provision of information via the usual channels such as telephone, e-mail, and the various social media channels, we introduced a self-service information point, where users and customers can look for specific information such as floor plans or view frequently asked questions and answers on top of a striking feature which allows users to communicate directly with an employee via video call.
